These recently constructed, two bedroom apartments enjoy a superb location. It is only 125 meters from the peaceful little beaches of Carabeillo and Carabeo, whilst the famous, and more lively, Burriana beach is just along the coast, about 100 meters further.
There are spectacular sea views from both the apartment and its spacious terrace. Visitors particularly value the 'morning-till-night' sunshine, which culminates in wonderful sunsets, whilst the air is heavy with the smell of the sea and the scent of blossom.
You don't need a car if you don't plan to make excursions!
Many tapas bars and typical restaurants are just around the corner and within maximum 10 walking minutes you will have met at least 30 dine-and wine possibilities.
Nerja offers also a very rich cultural life, mainly at the cultural center ' Villa de Nerja'.
If you are here for overwintering maybe the 'International Club' might help to make easy contact and day trips.

The landlady Nuttee and her husband Frans are multi-lingual and are always around.
If you need them they are there for any help you might need 24/7.


A washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are included in the well equipped kitchen, but should you find that there is something which would make your life there more comfortable, then the owners will happily supply it.

Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access onto the terrace, so outdoor dining couldn't be easier, whilst a relaxing drink watching the sun go down is irresistible !

In the bathroom there is a very spacious and comfortable shower.(See the photos)

The Costa del Sol is, of course, noted for the reliability of its sunshine, but just in case, you can also take a sun bath on the shared roof terrace where you have a 360º view to the ocean, the mountains, the village, the Balcon de Europa and till Maro.

The apartments are perfectly located to enjoy the facilities of Nerja, with the famous Balcon de Europa, a pleasant 400 meter stroll away, and dozens of restaurants, and shops just around the corner. Consequently, you don’t need a car to enjoy Nerja to the fullest. Parking is, however, available right next to the apartment if you want a car to explore the surrounding area. Nerja is a perfect location for excursions to the historic cities of Granada, Seville and Malaga, whilst the 'white villages' of Frigiliana and Maro, and the stunning Caves of Nerja, are all within 15 minutes drive.

For those who like a more active holiday, the beautiful mountains of the Sierra de Almijara and Sierra de Tejeda provide more than just a wonderful setting for the town. Here you can enjoy superb walks in spectacular gorges, along shady aqueducts, and on a network of trails, some many centuries old.
