Traditional stone-built cottage, 292 m2 in a 4.000m2 field with a beautiful garden. It is situated on an oak and olive trees hill in Ageranos, Gythion, between the picturesque Gythio and the stone-built Areopolis, with a wonderful view on one side to the beach of Vathi and the other side to the magnificent mountain of Taygetus.
It is located 1500m from the golden sandy beach of Vathi with the picturesque tavernas.
The house consists of two levels. The overhead ground floor (134m2) consists of two large bedrooms sharing a bathroom and looking at a small porch. Moreover, a large living room is separated from the kitchen, the dining area and the bedrooms by large stone arches. The living room has a large veranda overlooking the sea and a small terrace overlooking the Taygetus Mountain. The built-in kitchen, which is fully equipped, has also a small terrace. All over the verandas and terraces tables and chairs are available.
The upper floor of the house (42m2) is accessed by a comfortable staircase paved with tiles and a wooden handle. A double bed bedroom is situated there as well as a single bed with an en-suite bathroom. The room has a balcony with a panoramic view to Vathi gulf.
There is also another small apartment 35 m2 located on the basement of the house available to the guests under request and extra charged. It consists of a small entrance room with a built in kitchen and a bed and another big bedroom with a double bed.
