The villa is situated on a large lot with double entrances: one back entrance for parking and one front main entrance. All on one level, it has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a custom-made eat-in kitchen. All furniture is brand new.

Outside, there is a front veranda perfect for morning breakfast, facing beautiful palm trees and a small garden area. The much larger veranda in the back gives you plenty of space to relax or eat while facing the brand new, chic pool. Perfect at night as well!

There is also a terrace with a small patio, relaxing chairs, and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying sunsets or simply relaxing with a drink while listening to your favorite music controlled from your smartphone or tablet.

This villa is the perfect getaway for a couple, a small family, or a small group.

The villa is also minutes away from the beach by car, as well as stores, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Our area is known for its clean waters and well-kept beaches, but we can't forget the historic towns around us, located a 20-30 minute drive away: Modica, Noto, Scicli, Marzamemi, Pachino, Siracusa... where you'll find the best Baroque-style architecture, food, and wine that Sicily has to offer.
