THE GROUND FLOOR
Indoors dominates the minimal aesthetics combined with the intense traditional style.
On the ground floor there is an open space kitchen with dining and sitting area with a fire place.
There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the semi-floor with a double bed

THE FIRST FLOOR
Interior stairs lead to the first floor where there are a bedroom, a bathroom, an office with a view and a a lovely large terrace.

EXTERIOR
Outdoors the local materials, such as stone, bricks or else touvletes and wood form an integral part of the landscape.

A stone yard of 180 m² with 5 terraces, 2 of them belonging to bedrooms, with iron sofas and traditional dining table, ideal for your nights under the stars, with flowers, spice plants and the garden with orange, lemon, pear and other trees, is the environment around the villa.

Everything outside is surrounded by a 2m. high wall for the privacy of the guests.

THE ANNEX
ASK ABOUT AVAILABILITY - There is also a separate annex with its own private access. This comprises of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and dining table, plus a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all of the facilities that you would expect, including a washing machine. As with all rooms in the main house, the annex has air-conditioning and wi-fi access.
