Villa Costa Mare is located 150 m from a sandy beach, in the peaceful resort of Pefkos which lies 4km from Lindos: a very tourist attraction on the Island of Rhodes, where you will find numerous restaurants and shops.
The plot is at such way oriented, so that it offers unlimited views of the sea, while the minimum distance that separates it from the sea, gives the possibility of calmness and privacy for the settlers.
Enjoy lazy days by the pool-Jacuzzi( 35sq2) with breathtaking views across the local bays and take in mesmerizing sunsets over the offshore islands.
Bedrooms: Master-Bedroom 1 with Double bed, A/C, LCD HD TV set, safe, Patio doors, en-suite bath room, first floor.
Master-bedroom 2 with Double bed, A/C, LCD HD TV set, safe, Patio doors, en-suite cabin hidromassage-hidrosaouna, ground floor.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are twin bedrooms, A/C, LCD HD TV sets, 1st floor, with one bathroom.
Spacious fitted wardrobes in each room.
Bathrooms: One En-suite showeroom to Master-Bedroom, wc. One bathroom sharing for bedrooms 3 and 4 with bath, shower over, wc. One En-suite cabin hidromassage-hidrosaouna and one wc on ground floor.
Kitchen: A well equipped kitchen is situated on the ground floor and includes the following facilities: full size high level oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils washing machine, dining facilities etc. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware.
Utility Room: Washing machine, toaster, juicer.

Living Rooms:At the ground floor there is a spacious area where the dining area and the comfortably furnished lounger, are found. Two three seater sofas, A/C unit, large LCD HD TV set/radio, DVD player and stereo, CD player and Patio Doors leading outside to pool and garden.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:Cleaning and laundry change carried out once weekly.
The large private pool /Jacuzzi pool is expertly maintained and there are enough sun loungers for all the guests. The pool can be accessed by steps. The pool is private and solely for the use of Villa Costa Mare guests. The barbecue area is big enough for lovely meals away from the sun. Its front side overlooks the sea while in the back side there is a beautiful mountain view.
