Spacious south-facing villa, securely enclosed, in a quiet, desirable area about 3 minutes drive from the village of Tourrettes-Sur-Loup, and about 10 minutes drive to the world famous village of Saint Paul de Vence.

5 bedrooms including one used as a study (with a sofa bed) comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 2 children, or 9 adults. Ground floor private master bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC. 3 further upstairs bedrooms with family bathroom. The ground floor study has a pull-out double size sofa. Separate guest loo on ground floor. All bedrooms and study are air conditioned. High spec eat-in kitchen with separate utility room. Spacious dining and living areas with high quality furnishing. Separate, comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV. Modern, wood-burning fireplace.

Sun-drenched outdoor terraces and sitting areas, manicured gardens with olive and citrus trees, and a Petanque court. Panoramic views of mountains, villages and ocean. Salinated (non-chlorine) 14-metre swimming pool, maximum depths greater than 2 metres. Pools has security gates for children's safety. Small gym overlooking pool, with treadmill, stationery bike, free weights and yoga mat. Large, flat lawn space with swing-set and trampoline. Plenty of parking.

Easy drive to the spectacular village of Tourrettes Sur Loup (or can walk, 15-18 minutes, if you don't mind uphill slope). 10 minute drive from St. Paul de Vence. 30 minutes from Nice airport and close drive to nearby amenities including beaches, restaurants, shopping, summer and winter sports.

Note that the maximum capacity of the house is 9 adults, or 8 adults plus 2 children. In July and August we have a one-week minimum and weekend change-over policy. However we are occasionally able to accommodate 4-6 days of stay if dates become available. Please check with owners to enquire.

Note that the house is situated in a tranquil environment. We welcome guests that appreciate and respect the tranquility. Noisy parties are not allowed on property.
