Apartment T1 restored and fully equipped next to the historic area of Graça, with a 70 m 2 terrace with barbecue, perfect for meals and leisure activities. The apartment has been decorated with every comfort to provide you with an excellent stay. A superb option for couples or individual travelers that wish a central location and to enjoy a privileged location. Children and babies are most welcome without any additional cost (we have a baby-cot).
The apartment is very sunny, can host up to 4 people and is composed by a living room with an open kitchen fully equipped, a daybed, dining table, cable TV with international channels, Wireless internet and much more for you to feel completely at home. Bedroom with double bed and direct access to the terrace.
Public transports to Lisbon Downtown with the famous Tramway 28 next-door and others (underground, bus) as well as any type of shops and restaurant’s location. Very close to the Historic center of Alfama (less than 10 minutes’ walk), next to the Graça Viewpoint (Miradouro da Graça) and of Senhora do Monte, a place where you can enjoy the best view of Lisbon.
