A great way to charm a few steps from the 2 torri and about 300 mt. Piazza maggiore.
Is very convenient for visiting the city.

The apartment is ideal for 2 people maximum 4, size 50 sqm.
Completely renovated in 2006, the decor is functional and well maintained.

It 's really convenient to visit the city on foot, back to apartment for lunch, enjoy a snack and prepare a meal full of flavor and the bolognese tradition, with the products purchased from stores most characteristic of the city within walking distance from home.

Holiday home is located on the ground floor of a building of 1600 (it was the concierge), the decor is functional and complete a cultural holiday and fun in one of the most beautiful cities in italy.

In the san vitale seat of the oldest university in the world, with the suggestive piazza verdi, the teatro comunale, the art gallery and the museum of music.

Close to the apartment you will find the famous mercato di mezzo, market town of medieval origins, including via clavature by fishmongers and old, in the middle of the quadrangle.
