Apartment

Our beautiful two-floor apartment is located in the best area in Kos town . The brand new apartment is recently constructed. The apartment lies just 1200 meters from the main square of Kos town (Liberty Square). You can park your car with safety just in front of the building.

Kos town is visited by thousands of tourists from all over the world every year.

It has a great view to both Aegean sea and the mountains. I am certain that our clean, comfortable and sun filled apartment will greatly enhance your Kos experience.

The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. The size of the apartment is very convenient, all the rooms are normal, you will feel very comfortable.

You will get clean and fresh linens and towels. Bedrooms are furnished with full size bed, closet, heater and kitchen. There is a living room with a fireplace and plasma TV , two bedrooms ,auxiliary room and a family bathroom in the first floor and in the second floor there is a terrace with a pergola and a big table with six chairs and a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine in the auxiliary room. The windows are all double glazed and with the thick walls it really is a cool house in the summer and a warm house in the winter. The best parts of the house are the first and second floor terraces which have great view to the aegean sea and to the mountains as well. You can enjoy unforgettable sunsets by sitting on the terraces having your drinks or coffees.
