The house is distributed over three thoughtfully arranged floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room opens directly onto a charming private patio, creating a pleasant indoor-outdoor flow and an ideal spot for morning coffee, quiet reading time, or evening relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

The first floor features three comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The largest bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and two single beds that can be joined into a large 1.80-meter-wide double bed, offering flexibility for different sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds, while the third bedroom has one double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, providing ample storage and making the house well-suited for longer stays.

The basement level adds extra value to the property, offering a dedicated play and leisure area where children can enjoy their own space or adults can unwind. This floor also provides direct access to the private garage, adding convenience for guests arriving by car. Please note that the house is connected by stairs across all floors, so guests traveling with children should keep them under close supervision to ensure safety.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00. When possible, early check-in can be arranged to leave luggage and collect keys. Late check-in is also available for an additional fee: €35 between 21:00 and 23:00, and €45 after 23:00. The house benefits from excellent transport connections, with Pacífico Metro station just a three-minute walk away and Conde de Casal Metro station an eight-minute walk away. Road access is also very convenient, with quick connections to Madrid’s M30 ring road, making arrivals, departures, and city exploration easy and stress-free.
