Utilizing earthy materials and a dramatic yet organic composition, the villa seamlessly integrates into the terrain, offering breathtaking sea views. The decor is minimal and natural, complementing the immersive experience of space, light, and environment. With five en-suite bedrooms, a bunkroom, and space for up to 14 guests, it’s an ideal retreat for large groups. Expansive terraces, a pool, a barrel sauna, and various outdoor living spaces enhance the connection to nature.



The Space:

Perched on a bluff, this architectural masterpiece boasts an open layout that maximizes natural light while maintaining passive cooling. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels frame sweeping sea views, and the interior decor remains understated, featuring bespoke furniture inspired by the island’s natural elements. The main living areas include two indoor sitting rooms and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto spacious terraces with an additional dining area. The gardens are terraced into distinct outdoor spaces that include a shaded lounge, a large dining area, a pool, and a cliffside barrel sauna.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and its extensive outdoor spaces. Relax in the shaded lounge, dine al fresco, or enjoy a rejuvenating sauna session overlooking the sea. Every part of the property is designed for relaxation.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is situated in Folegandros, a serene and unspoiled island in the Cyclades, known for its rugged beauty and tranquil atmosphere. Unlike its more tourist-heavy neighbors, Folegandros offers a peaceful retreat with stunning landscapes, historic sites, and charming local culture. The medieval town of Hora, perched dramatically on the cliffs, is a must-visit for its 13th-century fortress, picturesque squares, and excellent local tavernas. The island’s second village, Ana Meria, provides an authentic glimpse into rural Greek life.



Getting Around:

Folegandros is reachable only by ferry from Santorini, offering an exclusive escape from the usual tourist crowds. The island is largely car-free, making walking and hiking the best ways to explore. Several pristine beaches, including Agios Georgios, Ambeli, Vathi Bay, Angali, and Agios Nikolaos, are accessible by foot or short drive, each offering stunning views and a secluded atmosphere.



Other Things to Note:

The villa is best visited between spring and fall when the island’s beauty is at its peak. Due to its remote location, early planning for ferry schedules from Santorini is recommended. Many of the island’s best beaches require a short hike, adding to their untouched charm.
