Spanning 149 square meters (1600 Sq ft), with 11 ft ceilings throughout, this beautifully renovated space combines the grace of antique furnishings with the sleekness of modern design, offering a unique and luxurious retreat.

The space
Located on prestigious Artilharia Um - ask any “Lisboeta” (Lisboner) and they’ll tell you that this is one of the city’s best areas to live and stay. You’ll be at the heart of everything yet nestled in a peaceful enclave that offers a true taste of Lisbon’s authentic charm. Avenida da Liberdade, Marquês de Pombal Square and Príncipe Real are all within walking distance, and the iconic nº24 Tram is steps from your door that will take you to the old Town, Baixa and Chido.

THE SPACE

Bedrooms:

o Primary Bedroom (King Bed): A true king-size bed, with small balcony, ample closets, and private television
o Queen Bedroom: This peaceful room features a queen bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
o Two Twin Bedrooms (Blue room and Pink Room): Ideal for children or solo travelers, each with a comfortable twin bed and stylish décor. The “Blue room” has a double door to the primary bedroom (which can be open or closed), making it ideal for smaller children. There is also a pull out sofa (double bed) should you prefer. The “Pink room” is down the hall, kindly note there is no aircon in the particular room.
o Note: We only accommodate 6 guests total

Living & Dining:
o The living room is a harmonious blend of past and present, featuring elegant antiques alongside contemporary comforts. With high ceilings, large windows, and local art, this spacious area is bathed in natural light, creating an inviting space for relaxation or socializing. There is a smart TV in this room as well. A formal dining space adjoins, furnished with a classic antique table and modern seating, providing the perfect setting for memorable meals.

Eat in Kitchen:
o The fully equipped eat-in kitchen (second dining space), complete with a dishwasher and full-size refrigerator, caters to all your culinary needs.

2 Full Bathrooms:
o One with double standing shower in the main hall; second bathroom has shower and tub off of the kitchen; towel warmers in each bathroom.

Amenities:
o Stay cool with air conditioning in warmer months; ample heat in cooler months.
o A full-size washer and separate dryer add convenience for longer stays, while high-speed WiFi keeps you connected.
o Hairdryer, Iron, Coffee machine, French Press, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, multiple desks from which to work if you are here for business, with zoom-appropriate backgrounds.

You’ll be at the heart of everything yet nestled in a peaceful enclave that offers a true taste of Lisbon’s authentic charm.

• Dining: Enjoy a diverse selection of top-tier restaurants just steps from your door, offering everything from traditional Portuguese cuisine to contemporary international dishes.

• Shopping: Explore nearby boutiques filled with unique finds and take advantage of the convenient grocery stores for all your needs. A few more steps and you will find yourself on Avenida da Liberdade, the most elegant shopping avenue of Lisbon.

• Parks: Steps from the park “Jardim das Amoreiras,” we implore you to take your morning coffee in the shade of the ancient trees and aqueduct in the background or an afternoon aperitif as you watch local life unfold. You will not be disappointed.

• Transport: With two metro stations within less than 5 minutes walking distance and the 24 Tram (electrico), you’re perfectly positioned to explore all that Lisbon has to offer. Whether you’re here for work or play, getting around is effortless.

A FAMILY LEGACY

This is our cherished family apartment, a home that has been in our family for three generations. My husband and I poured our hearts into its renovation, blending its historic charm with modern comforts. It’s where we will retire one day, but for now, we are delighted to share it with curious travelers like you. THE BUILDING

Set in a family building with just two apartments per floor, our home offers a quiet, secure environment in a welcoming neighborhood. It’s a place where you can truly relax and feel at home, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for business. We request that you be mindful and respectful of the families that call this home year-round. Kindly note: the Primary and full bedrooms are located at the front of the apartment and we are located in the city center – I mention this for the light sleepers among you, as you will occasionally hear street noise from cars passing through.
