The main villa offers 4 bedrooms (each with a balcony), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and shaded verandas for outdoor dining and relaxing. The Pirgo guest house is a charming, self-contained small unit with its own bathroom and kitchenette—perfect for grandparents, a couple, teenagers, or a small family who prefer a little extra independence. Outside, everyone shares the estate’s highlights: a private swimming pool, an open-air outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, and spacious gardens with olive and fruit trees. The setting is quiet and private, yet you’re close to local cafés/tavernas and within easy reach of the beach (approximately 15–20 minutes on foot, or a short drive).
