Welcome to Villa Judita, your peaceful place for rest, relaxation and fun with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and islands.
Villa Judita in Mravince, near the historic towns of Split and Solin, is a picturesque destination for those seeking a peaceful holiday. With spacious accommodation and outdoor facilities, it is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends who want to relax and have fun together.
The space
Perfect for large groups, Villa Judita has a maximum capacity of 10 guests.
The villa consists of three floors with a total of 270 m2 of interior, 500 m2 of exterior private space with garden and 120 m2 of parking space.
The basement area has an open concept that connects the living room and elegant dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island.
On this level there is one bedroom with two single beds, a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room with a sink, washing machine and dryer and ironing equipment.
From this wonderful interior space you are just a few steps away from the outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers on the sundeck and a beautiful flower garden. If you want to take shelter in the shade, there is also a gazebo, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. In the evenings you can enjoy a glass of Croatian wine on the plateau with panoramic sea views.
There is also a corner with swings for your little ones, while slightly older children and teenagers can have fun with the Playstation 5.
The ground floor offers 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony with a view of the sea and the surrounding area.
The top floor offers another bedroom, a large covered terrace, an entertainment area and a separate bathroom with a soaking tub.
Other notes
The villa is located in an excellent quite place: near historic Split (15 min), ancient Salona (5 min), old Trogir (30 min), pirate Omiš (35 min).
There are 2 grocery stores nearby, 350 and 500 m from the villa, respectively.
The nearest beach is 5 km from the villa.
Pets are allowed by arrangement.
Check ins (arrivals) and check outs (departures) should be on Saturdays, but we are flexible so feel free to message us beforehand.
Quiet hours are between 23:00h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia). This means that outside noise levels should be moderate, normal, during that period.
This is a holiday home, not a party house, therefore it's more suitable for families, couples or business trips.
There is a 10% discount if you reserve 14 nights or more at our villa.
