Welcome! This chic 1-room apartment is located in the heart of Magdeburg, very close to the university. Magdeburg Cathedral can be reached quickly on foot. The apartment is located on the upper floor in a charming, quiet back building and is easily accessible by elevator.



3 people can stay in the room. There is a large double bed (160) and a single bed (90).



There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bathroom with a shower.

The comfortable box spring bed ensures restful nights.

Shortly before your arrival you will receive detailed instructions that enable you to check in completely flexible and independently.



You will also find direct parking spaces directly in front of the accommodation, which can be used inexpensively for a fee. Free parking spaces are also available in the surrounding area.
