Villa La Vie Sunset is a haven of luxury and comfort, with an expansive outdoor living space that includes a salt-water, heated infinity pool, two spa pools, and an al-fresco dining area with a kitchenette/bar. The interior is a perfect blend of homeliness and style, featuring a dry-heat sauna, Turkish Bath, fitness room, and game room.

The property's prime location offers breathtaking sunsets and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. True to its name, you will observe a spectacular sundown from every spot of the villa every day as the entire villa faces the bay (West/Southwest). The villa is located within 80 meters of the shoreline and has two entrances; guests can access either from the street above or below. The town square, harbor, and public beach are only within 5-10 minutes walking distance! In addition, the best beach clubs in Kalkan are around the corner, including Zest Beach Club, Palm Beach Club & Denizim Beach Club (5-6 minute walk).

La Vie Sunset is one of Kalkan's few 'eco-friendly' villas, fully air-conditioned and equipped with window heat/privacy film, blackout blinds, and ceiling fans.
