Inside, you’ll find a clean, well-designed space with a high-tech setup that keeps your stay smooth: powerful AC, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a 55’’ Smart TV, a premium queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso. Every detail is curated to feel practical, reassuring and comfortable from the moment you arrive. We also prepare a small welcome kit to help you settle in right away.

For guests traveling by car, the private garage is a real advantage. You can park safely and access the apartment directly from inside the building, a rare convenience in the Porto area. It adds privacy, comfort and ease, especially for longer stays or business travel.

The atmosphere of the neighborhood is one of the property’s strongest points. Cafés, bakeries and local shops surround the area, giving you a genuine sense of Portuguese daily life. At the same time, you’re close to the Yellow Line metro and the upcoming Ruby Line, with Gaia Shopping, the coast and historic wine cellars all within easy reach.

The apartment includes exclusive access to the entire space. No shared areas, no interruptions and a quiet interior that works well for both leisure and remote work. Ma•Ma Essência is an open, respectful and well-kept environment. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted, and quiet hours are respected throughout the building. Check-in is after 3 PM, check-out by 10 AM, with a maximum of two guests. Only registered guests may enter the property. A valid ID is required at check-in by law, and lost keys or remote controls are charged to the guest.
