Set on the top floor of a beautiful neoclassical building with elevator access, the apartment enjoys exceptional brightness and tranquillity. Recently refreshed with refurbished bathrooms and newly painted elements, it is in excellent condition throughout. Guests will enjoy two spacious living rooms, each furnished with sofas and dining tables. One features a charming gallery, while the other opens to a beautiful balcony overlooking Carrer del Bruc—where you can spot Tibidabo amusement park and even a glimpse of the sea.

The apartment includes four double bedrooms, all equipped with high-quality mattresses and wardrobes, accommodating up to seven guests. The beds can be arranged together or separated to suit your needs, and every room offers generous storage space. There are two large full bathrooms—each with double sinks, toilet, and shower—plus a separate guest toilet.

A fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a dining table includes an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filtered-coffee machine, Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, and an extensive range of dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils. A second pantry kitchen offers an additional fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and extra cooking tools. The apartment also provides two washing machines and two dryers for your convenience.

Many of the original features have been beautifully preserved, including the wooden windows (newly restored), the stunning tiled floors, and opulent stucco details. A curated collection of black-and-white Barcelona photographs, created especially for the apartment, gives the space a unique artistic touch.

Guests will enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, air conditioning in every room, centralized heating, two large TVs with international channels, Blu-ray players, and stereo systems with smartphone connectivity in both living rooms. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited, and maintaining a respectful noise level is essential at all times. The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, with a preference for guests aged 24 and above. While there is no private parking, several public parking options can be found nearby.
