Apartment

Wanderlust House is a vacation rental (managed by FromHometoRome) next to Piazza Trilussa, Trastevere, which lies across the river from the historic centre of Rome. You can read about it from the history books and tourist guides, both in Italian and English, displayed inside the front door, on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator. In this hall, you can hang your coats and also sit at a desk, in front of which there is the first of 3 bedrooms, including chair and armchair, wardrobe, drawers, mirror and twin beds, or a double bed. Opposite the front door, there are two doors for the living room, one for the relaxing area (two sofas, two armchairs, bookshelves, Italian TV), another for dining (a table for 6-8 people and a sideboard). The living room also includes a piano. In the corridor alongside are the two other bedrooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen. The latter is fully equipped, and includes microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso Coffee Maker and one table which can sit up to 4 people. Of the two bathrooms, one is the most equipped, including shower and bidet, one other is smaller and has a washing machine at the front. Of the two other bedrooms, one has a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a desk; the last bedroom has twin beds in wooden boards, a wardrobe and a bedside table. The overall impression is of a bright and wide place, where there can be room for everyone in a family or group of friends, also because of the large windows in every room.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 10:00.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.

The following are not allowed in this apartment:

- Organizing parties

- Smoking

- Bringing pets

- Making noise during rest hours (22:30 to 09:00 - 10.30 pm to 9.00 am)

For children under 3 years old, a travel crib can be provided upon request in advance at a cost of €50 per stay.
