• Parking: Free but limited, located outside the building

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself—including the cozy living area, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the river.

Feel free to relax, cook, and enjoy the space as your own. Parking is available outside the building, free of charge (limited spots).
Other things to note
The apartment is ideal for 1–2 guests. No additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed. The space is well-suited for remote work, with fast Wi-Fi and a desk and chair provided.

This is a residential building that’s usually quiet, but occasional noise may occur as you're surrounded by neighbors. We don’t receive advance notice of minor work in other units, so thank you for your understanding. Please be respectful—these are our long-time neighbors, and we've lived together in harmony for over 30 years.

Parking can be tricky, but you're allowed to park in front of any building on this street. Pro tip: if there's no space right away, just wait a few minutes—someone is usually on their way out.

The bus station is right outside the building, and we recommend using public transportation rather than a rental car during your stay.
