The Space, and beautifully organized, the apartment allows guests to enjoy time together or relax privately in one of the bedrooms. Natural light fills the living area through large windows, giving the space an airy and inviting feel. The open-plan layout features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining area where everyone can gather.

Kitchen & Dining includes everything needed to prepare your favorite meals. Modern appliances such as a coffee machine, microwave, and oven make cooking easy and enjoyable. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast or a full dinner, the dining area is the perfect spot to share moments with family or friends.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests across five well-designed bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Enjoy a large and sunny living room with a dining area, as well as a private terrace perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. The apartment includes air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV. An elevator and concierge service are available in the building. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. Fresh linens, towels, and professional cleaning are included for every stay.

Just a 3-minute walk from Metro Plaza de Catalunya (Red Line L1 & Green Line L3), the apartment offers excellent transport connections to all major attractions in Barcelona. You’ll be within walking distance of top shopping areas, restaurants, and landmarks such as Las Ramblas, Passeig de Gràcia, and the Gothic Quarter.
Please note that the apartment is located in a residential building where neighbors live year-round. Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the community at all times. The walls are thin, and noise travels easily, so loud sounds or parties are not permitted. Non-compliance may lead to fines or eviction without refund.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs, and check-out is at 11:00 hrs. Late check-outs without prior approval incur a €100 per hour charge. The apartment uses a self-check-in system via the Chekin platform, allowing guests to register and pay the required tourist tax before arrival.
The Catalan tourist tax of €6.25 per person (aged 17 and above) per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, is not included in the booking total. In accordance with Catalan law, all guests must provide ID or passport details before arrival.

House Rules
1. No parties, drugs, or loud noise. Violations incur a €400 fine and possible eviction.
2. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM.
3. Please respect neighbors and common areas.
4. Lost keys will incur a €100 fee per key.
5. Smoking inside is prohibited and will result in a €100 cleaning charge.
6. Guests are responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries during their stay.
7. Please leave the apartment tidy and in good condition.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties or additional charges.
