The Space

Located on the raised ground floor of a traditional villa, the apartment offers well-distributed and functional interiors, ideal for couples, professionals, or small families. Though it doesn’t feature panoramic views, it ensures a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all utensils for easy home cooking. The adjacent dining and living zone includes a comfortable sofa, a dining table that doubles as a workspace, and a 39” Smart TV with basic channels.

The bedroom is calm and spacious, furnished with a double bed that can easily be separated into two singles upon request. Premium 30 cm mattresses, bedside tables, a dresser, and a large wardrobe ensure rest and practicality. A baby travel cot is available if needed.

At the entrance, a separate office offers privacy and fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi, perfect for working remotely or studying in quiet comfort.

The bathroom (with forced ventilation, no window) includes a large shower, hairdryer, and complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel). Fresh towels, bed linen, duvets, and blankets are provided.

Thanks to the villa’s thick one-metre walls, the apartment stays naturally cool in summer. Ceiling fans in each room provide additional comfort.

Access: External staircase (11 steps). The house is near a railway line — windows are soundproof, but some noise may be heard if open.
Only registered guests may enter. Visits must be communicated in advance per building rules and safety regulations.

Smoking indoors: €150 penalty

Extraordinary cleaning (dirty kitchen, trash left behind): €20–€50

Damaged or stained linens: €20–€40

Damaged furniture or property: charged according to repair estimate

Heating (Winter Only)

Independent heating system with radiators in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom

Additional cost: €5 per day, payable in cash at check-in

Charged only for days of actual use
