The village of Marušici is located at the eastern part of Omiš Riviera, few kilometers from the very popular tourist destinations of Makarska riviera, mainly Brela and Baška Voda, and 13 kilometers to the west ancient town of Omiš is located. Marušici is a small tourist village with beautiful beaches and nature. The house is between village of Marušići and the village of Pisak. Pisak is the most beautiful place on the riviera of Omiš, with old historical village located in small port, where there is a grocery store, several very nice restaurants and many beautiful beaches. Pisak is located just 15 minutes of seaside walk through the nature from our house.

The house is located in a peaceful cove called 'Borak', with several pebble beaches under the shades of pine trees, and with freshwater spring. It was built in 1911. as a wine cellar for keeping the red wine which was the main agricultural product of this area in that time. Over the time, the wine production has almost disappeared, and the house was little by little adapted to serve as a holiday house. The renovation was made in the year 2012, when we prepared one apartment on the first floor for our guest. The first phase of the renovation was made in the year 2012 and we were very proud to present you with our offer of accommodation in a holiday apartment on the first floor of the house. In year 2014. we renovated the roof, the attic and the facade of the house in traditional style and in year 2024 we have fully completed the apartment in the attic which we now rent together with the apartment on the 1st floor as one duplex apartment for 8 persons.

This area is famous for some of the best pebble beaches in Croatia, with shallow entrance which makes them ideal for children. Crystal clear sea, numerous beaches and unspoiled nature are the main reason visitors from all around the globe come to visit us year after year.

We offer accommodation in 52 m2 apartment with two separate bedrooms and with a pull-out sofa for two persons in the living room. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is fully equipped with standard equipment, plus laundry machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, WiFi internet and air-conditioning. The apartment has small balcony, large garden, large terrace, private pool and large sunbathing terrace. We offer you delivery service for groceries, and we will gladly help you with your luggage, all included in the price. On the terrace there is a big barbecue , and we will provide with anything you need to make this holiday an unforgettable experience for you.

The apartment, pool, garden and terraces together form an integral area, and are in no way connected to the rest of the house. No one else uses or passes through any part of the outside area - you will have complete privacy when you rent our apartment.
