Beyli Han is an exceptionally large luxury villa overlooking Kalamar Bay and the islands. It is situated 1 km (15-20 minute walk) away from the centre of Kalkan and just a 5 minute walk to the sea and the nearest beach club with its restaurant and water sports facilities.

On the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen and sitting room with TV and open fireplace. Large 5m concertina doors open onto a stunning terrace bringing the outside in and taking full advantage of the breath-taking views. The terrace and walled garden offers shaded seating area, sun loungers, a marble dining table that can seat 16, stone BBQ and a large 50sq m infinity pool.

The kitchen facilities include a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, large chest freezer, dishwasher, double sink with the best views. Almost worth offering to do the washing up!
