Minik Korsan is a traditional 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kalkan house in the old town.

The house is nestled away in a quiet backstreet just a stone’s throw from the beach, a minute from the harbour and close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Downstairs is a living room with traditional features, fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, and shower room. The kitchen opens onto a wonderful private walled garden area, perfect for alfresco dining. Inside a narrow wooden staircase takes you upstairs to two air-conditioned bedrooms one large double with balcony and a second small bedroom also with double bed and a second shower room. The wooden balcony from the main bedroom overlooks the narrow street below winding down to the beach.

The wooden balcony off the hallway looks down over the walled garden area. Take the stairs up another flight and there is a roof room with low ceiling (as a bonus there is a double bed in this room which would be suitable for children only). On the top floor there is also a washing machine and separate wc.

A small roof terrace with sunbeds and a shower offers views across the roof tops to the sea.
