Köşe Ev (The Corner House), is a stunning and beautifully furnished 4 bedroom house on the Likya Estate. This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980s and is one of Kalkan’s best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens. The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town center with its shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs.

Köşe Ev sits inside a private walled garden with panoramic uninterrupted views across Kalkan itself, the bay, and the islands beyond. Köşe Ev has a gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by luxurious, deep mattress, sun lounges and seating. A shady outside bar area on the wooden decked terrace is perfect for breakfast, a late afternoon sun downer or for entertaining friends. Köşe Ev has 4 double bedrooms; 3 bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and there is a further ‘family’ bathroom and a downstairs wc. The large 18m, members only, Likya swimming pool is available to Köşe Ev guests with a small daily entrance fee.
