The villa was constructed in 2025 and was designed to make the most of natural light while offering stunning views from every corner of the house.

The villa is located in Calheta, on the island’s sunny south coast—one of the warmest areas year-round. It sits just 1.7 km from Marina of Calheta, home to several restaurants and the golden-sand beach. The supermarket is also conveniently located just 1.8 km away.

Despite being close to several amenities, the villa enjoys a unique, secluded position surrounded by nature, perched only 60 meters above the ocean. Its low altitude and proximity to the sea provide one of the best climates throughout the year.

In the property we have an orchard that features a wide variety of fruit trees, including mango trees, pomegranate, pineapple, persimmon, orange, papaya, banana, and melon-pears, among others.
