Guests can access the apartment by stairs or by elevator, which opens directly inside the home with a secure code system. Please note that there is a short flight of seven steps from the street level to the elevator floor. Covering a full floor of the building, the apartment is equipped with all the amenities needed for a carefree stay, including satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fresh linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Extra cleaning is also available upon request.

To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, the property welcomes adults 30+, families, and business travelers. Bachelor parties or groups that may disturb neighbors are not permitted. Guests should note that late check-in after 20:00 incurs an additional fee of €30, and arrivals after midnight carry a surcharge of €50.

From April 1st, 2024, Barcelona applies a Tourist Tax of €6 per adult (aged 16 and above) per night, payable upon arrival at check-in.
