Located on a very private property surrounded by trees, the apartment is part of a English owned villa at an elevated position with no one overlooking it. It gives the impression of being lost in nature. It has fabulous views of the hills, forest and all the way down to the Mediterranean Sea.

It is a unique and peaceful place for a tranquil getaway with an inviting terrace – the perfect place to enjoy the stunning sunsets.

The apartment of 36² metres, has independent access and is located 1.7km from the centre of the old village of Cabris and 3km from the centre of Grasse, the perfume capital of the world.

The lounge / kitchen area is 20²m and contains a sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. The kitchen has two electric rings for cooking, a small oven and a micro wave. There is an electric barbeque on the terrace.

Outside there is a heated spa du nage which is 5m long and 2.5m wide. It has 3 massage seats and two counter current pumps. The spa has a minimum temperature of 30 degrees C.
