The outdoor space features a private pool, comfortable sun loungers, and a covered veranda for al fresco dining — all framed by the mountains behind and the lake in front.

Spread over two floors, the villa offers modern décor, underfloor heating, and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay in any season. The spacious living area combines open-plan comfort with contemporary design and includes a Smart TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer at your disposal.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and wardrobe, and a single bedroom with a wardrobe. This level comfortably accommodates three guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, chest of drawers, and a balcony with panoramic lake views. An armchair in this room converts into a single bed for one additional guest. Another bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a dresser. This level sleeps up to five guests.

The villa has two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and bidet. A washing machine and hairdryer are also provided. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, private parking, and — on request — a barbecue for outdoor cooking. The villa is set in a quiet residential area of Colico, surrounded by greenery. The lively lakefront, with more restaurants and shops, is a 30-minute walk or a 5–7 minute drive from the property.

Colico, dominated by Monte Legnone, is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. It offers perfect conditions for kitesurfing, sailing, and windsurfing, as well as mountain biking, tennis, and horseback riding. A must-see is the Abbey of Piona, just a 15-minute drive away, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of northern Lake Como in a tranquil monastic setting. The famous towns of the Golden Triangle — Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna — are easily reached, with Varenna just 25 minutes away by car and well connected by ferry.
