There are two bedrooms, offering maximum flexibility: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined upon request. The modern and functional bathroom includes a spacious shower and contemporary finishes.

The interior combines classic charm with modern design, enhanced by warm parquet floors that create a cozy and refined atmosphere.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season. A small balcony, accessible from the twin bedroom, offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the fresh air.

One of the highlights of the property is the stunning shared rooftop terrace—a true luxury escape available to all guests of the building. It’s an urban oasis perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or sipping coffee with views over Rome’s rooftops. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating, offers drinking water and a coffee machine, and is open daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
