Recently renovated, the villa preserves its historic character while providing all the comforts of modern living. Inside, guests will find six luxuriously furnished bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. Each room is tastefully decorated, combining antique pieces with contemporary touches, and all offer stunning views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing anything from gourmet meals to a casual morning coffee, while the living room—featuring large picture windows and a cozy fireplace—creates the perfect atmosphere for unwinding after a day on the lake.
Access to the villa requires some planning, as it is located on Via Milano, a scenic but busy road. For this reason, it is recommended to arrive using a private transfer service rather than with a personal vehicle. We are happy to assist in arranging safe and comfortable transportation in advance. Please note that the villa does not have private parking. There is an unregulated space in front of the property, and a paid public parking lot is available about 300 meters away, although space cannot be guaranteed. A pedestrian passage from the villa offers a safer and more convenient route to reach the village center on foot, avoiding the main road.

Just a short walk from the villa, the Argegno pier provides boat connections to other lakeside towns such as Lenno, Tremezzo, Bellagio, and Como, offering stunning views along the way. Public bus services are also nearby, with lines connecting you to key destinations around the lake. The Como San Giovanni train station is easily accessible by bus and offers direct routes to Milan, Lugano, and beyond. On foot, Argegno invites you to explore its charming streets, visit the historic Church of Santa Maria Assunta, or venture along scenic hiking trails that lead into the surrounding mountains.
