Please note that we will have two fixed maintenance appointments per week:
Every Tuesday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. (gardener).
Every Friday from 7 to 8 a.m. (pool technician)
A reminder will be sent to you one day before the visit.
The Space:
The estate features two independent buildings:
Il Torrino (approx. 40 m²): a historic two-level tower with a cozy ground floor living area that includes a large L-shaped sofa with a double bed, and an upstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
La Resede (approx. 30 m²): a single-level stone building just opposite the tower, equipped with a fully functional kitchen, indoor dining area, and bathroom — ideal for cooking or dining indoors on rainy days.
Outdoor Spaces & Amenities
Private swimming pool (13x5 m, 1.40 m deep) with sun loungers, umbrellas, and outdoor shower
Shaded patio covered with natural vines, perfect for al fresco dining
Barbecue area with sofas and umbrella — great for grilling or aperitivo at sunset
Walking paths, small streams, and olive groves in an unspoiled valley on the outskirts of Florence, recognized for its scenic and environmental value
Guest Access:
There are no restrictions on spaces-no common areas

Important Notes & Tips
A personal vehicle is strongly recommended: The property is accessed via a private internal road of about 600 meters with a steep incline. Taxis can reach the house, but some drivers may prefer to stop at the main gate, requiring a short walk to the house.
Possible insect presence in summer: Being surrounded by nature, occasional insects (harmless) may appear in the summer. The house is equipped with devices that generally keep interiors comfortable. We recommend bringing insect repellent to fully enjoy the garden.
No air conditioning: Thanks to the historic stone structure and thick walls, the house stays naturally cool even during summer. Two high-performance fans are also available.
