Total floor space is 240 square meters/2,580 square feet. Three large en-suite bedrooms on the First floor. On the Terrace floor, fully equipped kitchen, games room including billiard table, Smart TV, dining area, wood burning four sided fireplace and sun deck. A/C, central heating and overhead fans for comfort. The Town-House which has been completely rebuilt, was once the primary school of the village.

Each bedroom has luxurious linens from the UK, and features either a twin bed, queen bed, or king bed. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of big bathrooms equipped with walk-in rain showers, hair dryers and showers.

Two of the bedroom have walk-out balconies facing south, and the third bedroom has a village view. All of the bedrooms have been decorated specially by the owner from her travels in Africa.

There is across the street: delicatessen, grocery store and butcher. Gaucin has a number of tapas bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of CASA EMILIANA.
