It's just a short walk from the Condado Club bar and restaurant. A little further but still easily walkable is the town centre with all the essentials such as supermarket, bakery, hair & beauty salon, bars, restaurants, ice creams & even a traditional pub!

There is also the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, tennis courts, mini gym, bowls, bike hire, Kids’ Club & much more.
The space
It is set in a south-facing spot and in one of the smaller and quieter gardens. It's on Jarding 9, apartment 936

The lower terrace is a wonderful place for a quiet morning coffee overlooking the gorgeous views over the garden and if you’re looking for more all-day sunshine, then you only have to head on up to the fabulous roof top solarium where you can have long days of relaxing in the sun and evenings of casual dining and entertaining as the sun sets over the Sierra Espuña mountains in the west.

Internally, the apartment is fully furnished, with air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, with white goods included. Both bedrooms are doubles providing space for 4 people in one room with bunks and singles and the other room has a double bed, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
