Welcome to Villa Ana, a unique holiday home that perfectly combines natural surroundings, traditional architecture, and modern comfort. At the exit from the main road, the last 800 meters to the house, the road is partly macadam. Located in a peaceful, secluded area of the Velebit Nature Park, this beautifully restored 19th-century stone house offers complete privacy, tranquility, and breathtaking views of the sea and nearby islands – Pag, Rab, Lošinj, and Ilovik. The house spans 70 m² and is ideal for up to 4 guests. It features two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a private bathroom and smart TV. The ground floor is designed as an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee and tea maker, and fridge with freezer), an additional bathroom, and a storage room with a safe. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Outside, on the 340 m² private property, guests can enjoy swimming pool, a sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas, a traditional tavern (konoba) with table football and darts, an outdoor fireplace equipped for barbecuing and traditional cooking under the bell (“ispod peke”), and a covered lounge area. Private parking for at least two vehicles is available.Water supply comes from a rainwater well and is not recommended for drinking – guests are kindly advised to bring sufficient drinking water. The village has no permanent residents, ensuring absolute peace and privacy. The sea and beach are just a 20-minute scenic walk away.
For day trips, three national parks are within reach – Plitvice Lakes, Northern Velebit, and Paklenica. The Prizna ferry port is only 5 km away, offering regular connections to Pag Island, where the famous Zrće Beach with its vibrant nightlife and international music acts is just 10 km from the port.
