Explore awesome hiking and mountain biking trails, and soak in jaw-dropping views of Aiguille du Midi and the Aiguilles Rouges. Just a quick 8-minute drive gets you to the heart of Chamonix. With plenty of parking and storage for all your mountain gear, plus a big terrace with a BBQ and dining setup, fun and relaxation await you here!

The space
The entry to the house is on the lower ground level. There is a huge gear storage room with laundry on this level. Up one flight of stairs you enter the open kitchen/dining/living room. There is a toilet room next to the stairs. The master bedroom with attached master bathroom is also on this level. Because the house is on the hillside, you can go through the large glass doors from the dining area or living area and access the terrace and yard. Up one more flight of stairs there is a mezzanine, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom.

There is an apartment attached to the house that has a separate entrance on the road side of the house. The tenant of this apartment is very quite and helpful if guests need anything.
