The 140 m² apartment offers sea views, air conditioning in every room, a private balcony, and free driveway parking. Not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.

The open-plan living area includes a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and international channels, a high-end sound system, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, and a washer with drying rack supports extended stays.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features Bosch appliances, including an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. A Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, and a fully stocked coffee station make it easy to feel at home. The dining table comfortably seats eight.
