The apartment offers a welcoming living room, a dining room that seats up to 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with family or friends. A private balcony overlooks classic Haussmannian façades, immersing you in the architectural beauty of central Paris.

There are three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub (no WC). The other two bedrooms each include a double bed. The living room can also be converted into a fourth sleeping space with a sofa bed suitable for two guests. In addition to the en-suite, there are two shared bathrooms—one with a shower and WC, and another with a bathtub and WC. The apartment is ideal for six guests and can accommodate up to eight.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, 5-star bedding, bath and bed linens, and complimentary toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. You'll also have access to a washer-dryer, hair dryer, Nespresso machine, water boiler, toaster, fridge, induction cooktop, combined microwave oven, cooking utensils, and kitchenware. A baby bed and high chair are available upon request.
