Perfectly situated on the famous Chaussee-/Friedrichstraße in the Mitte district, it provides effortless access to Berlin's most iconic sights, including the government quarter, Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, and many more — all reachable quickly on foot or via the nearby U6 subway line. Dear guests, please note that our apartment is a legal rental property and is not affected by Berlin’s holiday apartment ban.

Located on the third floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access, the apartment features a welcoming, spacious layout. The apartment offers four separate bedrooms, ensuring privacy and flexibility. Two smaller bedrooms are furnished with cozy double beds (160x200 cm) and wardrobes or dressers. A third bedroom offers a larger double bed (180x200 cm), an additional sofa bed, and a closet, while the fourth bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm), a baby cot, and a wardrobe — ideal for families traveling with children. There are also two well-appointed bathrooms: one with a shower, toilet, and sink, and the other with a bathtub, toilet, and sink, offering added convenience for larger groups.

Please note that the apartment is strictly non-smoking indoors; however, guests are welcome to use the spacious balcony for smoking.
