An inspired mix of contemporary architecture with stone construction in harmony with the landscape, the accommodation offers three en-suite bedrooms and a stylishly furnished open plan living, dining and kitchen area with the use of rustic wood and natural stone lending a feel of warmth and authenticity. Outside, the poolside terrace and grassed area are well furnished for outside living and the private infinity pool is perfectly framed by the picturesque backdrop.

The accommodation is air-conditioned throughout and arranged over two floors as follows:
Ground floor
The ground floor consists of an open plan living area, kitchen, a dining area and lounge. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and the lounge is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a satellite TV.
There is also a separate W/C on this floor.
Bedroom 1 - A ground floor twin bedroom with bedside table, ample storage, an en-suite shower room and floor to ceiling glass doors which fill the room with light and provide direct access to the pool terrace.
First floor
Bedroom 2 - The master bedroom is located on the first floor which features a Jacuzzi bathtub along with an en-suite shower room and a furnished balcony with fantastic view to both bays.
Bedroom 3 - A double bedroom with sea views is also located on the first floor and has ample storage, an en-suite shower room and access to a furnished balcony.
Outdoor area
Large glass doors open up from the lounge to the pool terrace where guests will find the private infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi corner (8m x 4.5m depth 1.5m throughout, accessed via Roman steps) and fantastic views of the sea and bay. The pool terrace offers ample space for guests to relax including a soft outdoor seating area, an alfresco dining table with seating for 6 guests and 6 sunloungers around the pool along with parasols. The garden and mature planting is a pleasant feature of the outside space at this property. There is also a BBQ at this property.
