Situated directly opposite Agios Ioannis Metro Station, it’s just 3 stops from the Acropolis and Plaka, within walking distance to most historical sites, and only a 10-minute drive to the Athens Riviera.

Positioned on the 4th floor, AK Athens Fine Stay boasts stunning views of the city skyline and the lushly green hill of Agios Ioannis, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features 2 new air conditioners, free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (300 Mbps), a 40-inch smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a workspace, dining area, and living room. It’s bright and airy, with three large balcony doors offering city and cliff views, leading out to a spacious 30m² terrace furnished with a sofa, dining table, two armchairs, two sunbeds, and three lanterns that create a cozy ambiance at night.

Located directly opposite AGIOS IOANNIS Metro station in the safe and peaceful Neos Kosmos area. The neighborhood is friendly, tranquil, and secure, with many shops (including 24-hour convenience stores), cafés, and restaurants nearby.
The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, 35 km (21.7 miles) away, conveniently connected by Metro. The building is a typical Athenian structure with friendly and helpful residents. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with an elevator available for your convenience.

The Host
My name is Mariza Papadimitriou, and I have been in the hospitality industry since 2018, co-managing Villa Mariza Corfu, KK Athens Fine Stay and CK Athens Fine Stay. Villa Mariza Corfu, a short-term rental, is situated on the beautiful island of Corfu, while both KK Athens Fine Stay and CK Athens Fine Stay, our neighboring apartments, began operations last year.

Drawing on our experience and recognizing the need for private, high-quality, and modern accommodations in central Athens, we created our new gem "AK Athens Fine Stay."

AK Athens Fine Stay is a stylish and cozy apartment, newly renovated with great care, located in the peaceful Agios Ioannis area in the heart of Athens. It is just a 2-minute walk from the Agios Ioannis Metro station, offering convenient access to major city attractions. All our properties are managed by my mother, Katerina Kypriotou, and myself. Our goal is to provide guests with an exceptional hospitality experience that exceeds expectations, making them feel truly at home.
