Beautiful two-family villa recently renovated and developed on two floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms only steps away from the sea. Perfect for families or friends. The vast garden is dotted of exotic trees, a ping pong table and a fire pit and is completely fenced. Possibility to park inside the private gate. The villa is located in the suburban beachfront neighborhood of Capitana. Quiet and safe area with plenty of free street parking. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach, grocery store, restaurants and the Marina of Capitana, that offers a bar, restaurant, boat rentals, car rentals, scuba diving and snorkeling. The Sighientu Resort is also a short walk away where you can book treatments and pay to use their spa facilities. Within a few minutes drive from many of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia and the Sette Fratelli national park with hiking trails. The kitchen is fully stocked. The home is equipped with brand new A/C units, WIFI, EV charger, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Baby cot available upon request. Two bedrooms have a queen sized bed, third bedroom has two single beds. Living room has a queen sized sofa bed. Outdoor kitchen (countertop, sink and BBQ), two verandas, one balcony. All trash must be removed from property by the time of checkout. We provide the schedule to take out the bins every night and a location where you can bring any leftover trash on your last day. Leaving any trash at the property will result in a 150€ fine. Coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, trash bags, dish soap, sponges, kitchen towels, bath towels and bed linens are all provided for an easy, stress free vacation.
