Apartment

This fully equipped apartment is on the 3rd level of XX century building with elevator a few steps away from the commercial district of Neuilly with a large selection of bakers, bistrots and supermarkets ( Rue michelis is around the corner). The apartment consists of a living room with balcony and a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, washer/dryer and separate toilet and a bedroom with queen size bed. The apartment comes with free wifi, cable tv, hotel quality linen and towels. The station les sablons on metro line 1 and the neuilly farmers market is 5 minutes away and louise michel on metro line 3 is 15 minutes away.
Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1pm and after 9pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 10am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1pm.
