200-square-meter villa, spread across a 1,000-square-meter fenced plot. This two-level villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms (one exterior), two of which are ensuite, offering comfort and convenience. Two rooms come with single beds, while the other three feature double beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. On the second level, accessible by stairs, you’ll find one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and a big private terrace.

The villa boasts a spacious living room with a smart TV and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and socializing. There's a dining room that seats up to ten guests, and a laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils for your convenience. All rooms are equipped with remote control air conditioning and ceiling fans, and blinds for ultimate comfort and privacy.

The outdoor terrace is shaded by an automatic awning, creating a perfect lounge area with a comfortable sofa set and a dining table for relaxing outdoor meals.

Step outside to discover a stunning 12-meter long swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging by the water. The outdoor barbecue area includes a kitchen, fridge, freezers, sink, stoves, and a bar area, ideal for al fresco drinking, cooking and entertaining. You'll also find an outdoor bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a convenient open shower to rinse off after and before a swim.

For your convenience, the villa has a private parking space with an automatic door, accommodating up to three cars, along with ample outdoor parking space. The property is fully enclosed with an automatic entrance gate, ensuring privacy and security.

Surrounding the villa, you'll find lush palm and fruit trees and a charming olive tree, creating a serene and picturesque environment. This villa offers the perfect blend of mediterranean style, privacy, and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for families or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway.

To clarify, the villa is a completely private property exclusively for our guests ! No hosts, staff, other guests, or animals live on-site during your stay. If you’ve seen any reviews mentioning shared spaces or hosts on the property, please note that those refer to a different listing I manage. The only exception is the pool cleaner and gardener, who have access to the garden and may visit once a week (twice weekly during the summer months) without prior notice, in order to maintain the outdoor areas. Their visits are brief and discreet, and they do not enter the villa itself.
