Ionian View Village House is nestled in the heart of Skoulikado, a hidden gem of Zakynthos that embodies the island’s authentic way of life. Built across three hills, with part of the village extending onto the plain near the Zakynthos–Volimes road, Skoulikado is a community deeply rooted in agriculture. Many locals are engaged in the production of olive oil, black currants, and various fresh produce.

This peaceful village, surrounded by endless olive groves and picturesque countryside, offers a true escape for those seeking a slower pace and a deeper connection to Greek tradition. Skoulikado has preserved its rich heritage, reflecting the genuine lifestyle of Zakynthians. The village is home to charming residences, small local shops, and welcoming gathering spots that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

True to its surroundings, Ionian View Village House seamlessly blends into this traditional way of life. Nestled in a small neighborhood, it offers guests an authentic experience of village living.

Spanning 120 sqm, the house is situated on the first floor and features a beautiful outdoor area where guests can take in the serene views of the surrounding landscape and the Ionian Sea in the distance.

Upon entering, guests will find an open-plan living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen containing all essential appliances, including a fridge, electric stove, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dishwasher, cookware, and kitchenware. A dining table with seating for four is also provided.

The living area is furnished with a 43-inch flat-screen TV offering satellite channels.

Further down the corridor, there are three bedrooms. Two are furnished with double beds, while the third features a single bed. Each bedroom includes a closet, air conditioning, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.

From the furnished balcony, guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful view of olive trees and lush greenery stretching all around.

The house comfortably accommodates up to seven people, as the sofa in the dining area can be converted into a double bed. A baby cot is also available free of charge upon request and subject to availability for children up to two years old.

** Located near two charming village churches, guests may occasionally hear the gentle ringing of bells during Sunday services, weddings, baptisms, and local celebrations. This authentic touch adds to the traditional Zakynthian experience, immersing you in the island’s rich culture.
