Our flat is located in a quiet area in the heart of Nicosia. You'll be surrounded by bakeries, coffee shops, and groceries. Very convenient to the European University Cyprus and many embassies.

A quick 10-minute walk on the nearby Grammiko linear trail will bring you to the historic Nicosia Old Town.

This is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a spacious living area, well-stocked kitchen and outdoor space. High-speed Wi-Fi and a designated work space. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

THE SPACE:
Kitchen is stocked with basic necessities including locally roasted coffee, organic olive oil from our farm, salt + pepper, etc.

Bathroom is a shower/tub combo and is stocked with basic supplies such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

First bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed, wardrobe, and access to the back balcony.

Second bedroom sleeps 1 with a single bed, a designated work space, wardrobe, and access to the back balcony.
