A lovely fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment in upper of Peyia. Only a short drive to local shops, traditional tavernas, supermarket and bars serving food with entertainment most evenings. There is also a bakery serving fresh bread and patisseries daily and a pharmacy. Whilst this property is situated in the village with all the amenities close by, the lively Coral Bay area with its nightlife and two stunning Blue Flag beaches is just a short 7-minute drive away.

Upon entering, the property offers a spacious and bright open-plan lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with large patio doors opening directly onto the balcony, which boasts the most beautiful sea views. The view is magical during the daytime, but also in the evening. The lights of Peyia village really do sparkle and are so glistening to watch over. This truly is the perfect setting to enjoy alfresco dining or the beautiful sunset with a nice glass of local Cypriot wine.

There are two bedrooms both with double beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also private off-road parking to the front of the apartment, next to the front door. The property also provides a TV with full English & European channels and fast WI-FI.

Please note: To access the pool area there are a large number of steps, so not ideal for somebody with mobility issues.

The village of Peyia offers a fabulous base, this truly is a stunning part of Cyprus. Access to the Akamas National Park is a short distance away, where you can find the stunning Laura Turtle Beach, and the beautiful Latchi Harbour offering daily boat trips to the Blue Lagoon is within half an hour’s drive. This is the perfect location to explore what beauty is around or simply relax and unwind.
