This property is situated in the peaceful village of Roda, close to the beautiful town of Los Alcázares with its many beaches, numerous restaurants, tapas bars and cafés. Los Alcázares is a town of Spanish character, particularly the large old town and its coastline which is 7 km long, with water sports available . Roda Village itself has two restaurants/bars and a supermarket and is a tranquil and relaxing area, perfect for families, with space for children to play.
The apartment features a double bedroom and twin bedroom and sleeps four people, with built-in wardrobes in both.
The apartment is fully air conditioned.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and bidet.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, and cooking utensils. There is a dining table and four chairs in the lounge, couch with two armchairs, also a smart TV, which can support a fire stick.
Accessible directly from the lounge is a south-facing balcony, which gets the sun from morning to night, with a small couch and table and chairs on the balcony.
The balcony leads to a stairs to the very large private sunroof terrace with a table and six chairs and three loungers - the roof terrace gets sun all day.
There is a large communal pool beside the apartment.
There is a lift in the apartment block.
