Accommodation consist from villa (8+4) with pool and additional three-bedroom apartment (6+2) next to it - 20 persons is the maximum capacity. Pool is private for you and your group. Sea view from terrace towards the sea, village Sumartin, island of Hvar, Peljesac peninsula and mountain Biokovo.

Villa (8+4) contains two apartments, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, one toilet, vast terrace, pool, and the balcony. Apartment (6+2) contains three bedrooms, three bathrooms, balcony with seaview, private entrance. 200 meters from nearest pebble beach, 250 meters from the center of Sumartin. Parking spots and BBQ available. In Sumartin, one can find restaurants, caffe bars, supermarkets, ATM, beaches, little marina, ferry port, bus station, taxi service, rent-a-scooter.

Security deposit of €500 must be paid in cash at arrival and is refundable at check-out.

Few rules which you have to accept;

1. We don't allow parties here!
2. Quiet hours 23:00-7:00.
